Broccoli

This tree formed plant surrounded by leaves possesses abundant edible fleshy and floral green heads placed on branches that born of a thick stem.

Shape:	While similar to cauliflower it has fewer leaves around it. Their floral peduncles are less tight and compact and form a head of irregular figure, open and disproportionate.
Color:	It’s main color is of a dark green in the stem and a blue-ish green in the end of the flower.
Flavor:	Pronounced acrid taste, slightly softer than cauliflower.
Applications:	Many different dishes.
Farming:	Fresh, soft and spongy soils with constant humidity.
